Sales Rep- Scientific

Bourne Human Resources client, a market leader in the field of scientific instruments and consumables are currently seeking a sales rep to become part of their dynamic successful sales team. Due to their recent acquisitions an expansion of the sales team is required to service client needs.

Objectives of the role/ Job Description:

Responsible for all aspects of the business you will be required to pro actively identify and enhance new growth areas and manage existing accounts in this competitive and evolving market. Working in a designated territory you will manage and maximise a portfolio of clients with a view to increasing market share. Your previous experience within the scientific sales industry or your laboratory background will see you translating the companies diverse product portfolio onto the end client.


Education/ Experience/ skills required:

To be successful you will have a proven sales record in the scientific, medical or related markets. Alternatively you will have come from a biotech background with extensive lab experience with an urge to enter a dynamic sales environment. Demonstrating expansionism and sustainability of your client base along with the experience of dealing with multi level clients. Experience in the Life Science/Biotech and Pathology markets would be highly regarded.

The right individual will be highly rewarded with a package which includes a high remuneration (up to $65K + super ), bonuses (OTE's $20K+) and provision for a fully maintained company vehicle, computer & phone.
