Your main responsibility as a Senior Tax Lawyer will be to provide a broad range of high quality taxation advice to internal and external clients.

The role of Senior Tax Lawyer entails:

Advising on the taxation aspects to corporations across a broad range of industry sectors such as:

Structured and project finance,
Private treaty and other corporate transactions,
Private equity,
Structured real property finance,
Securitisation and asset financing,
Mergers and acquisitions and
Development of new investment products for the life industry and the broader funds management industry

To be successful in the role of Senior Tax Lawyer, you will:

Have a minimum of 5 years post admission private practice experience.
Be at or near Senior Associate level.
Possess strong direct tax experience.
