Objectives of the position:

Working 1 on 1 with a Partner of the firm the position involves:

Diary Coordination
Arranging Meetings
Updating Litigation Reports
Preparing Court Documents
Client Liaison
Filing
Photocopying
Dictaphone Typing
Various Administration Duties

Experience / Skills Required:

The ideal candidate will desirably have Legal Secretary experience, be highly motivated, and be extremely well organised. Exceptional communication skills both written and oral are an absolute must. Above average computer skills are required with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
