ANZ SALES MANAGER - IT services consulting sales ( Non BFSI )

Our Client has an excellent reputation for providing superior service in the painting and maintenance industry. Established in the 1940's, they are an industry leader with offices all over Australia. Due to exponential growth the opportunity has arisen for a savvy, mature and performance driven Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the Melbourne branch.

Looking to progress to the General Manager's position within 1-2 years the right candidate will be involved in all aspects of business development. You will be an autonomous self starter who flourishes on challenges.

Responsibilities

You will be required to pro actively identify and enhance new growth areas and manage existing accounts in this competitive and evolving market.

Working in a designated territory you will manage and maximise a portfolio of clients with a view to increasing market share. Your previous experience within the trades or building industry will see you translating the companies diverse product portfolio onto the end client.


Key competencies are:

- A proven sales record and strong business acumen with common sense and a flexible attitude.
- The capacity to absorb and convert product information.
- Demonstrating expansionism and sustainability of your client base along with the experience of dealing with multi level clients.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Trades knowledge and/or experience.
- Management experience.


Salary range/ Benefits:

The right candidate will be rewarded with a generous package which includes a base of up to 60 - 80K plus Car and Super. Our client actively encourages career progress and all the benefits of alignment with a market leading national.
