My client, a well known workers compensation/insurer based in the CBD is looking for a bright, enthusiastic 1st level helpdesk analyst to join their energetic team.
Do you have:
• 1+ year’s current helpdesk experience?
• Application support experience?
• Strong analytical skills?
• Working experience with commercial fault/incident tracking software?
• Excellent communication skills?
• A vibrant, happy, energetic personality?
• Experience in workers compensation or insurance?
