My client who is a leading broker in financial services is looking for a helpdesk analyst to support their in-house software packages.

The right person required will be focussed more on the analytical side rather than the technical side.

The right person must have the following skills.

•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•	Excellent Analytical skills
•	Have an excellent work ethic
•	Be able to work as a team
•	Have the ability to deal with difficult customers
•	Working knowledge of Lotus notes.
•	Excellent phone manner
•	Excellent customer service skills

The right person will also have twelve months experience in a similar role supporting in house systems in a previous organisation and must.

This is not the right role for someone who is looking for a technical career path. We are looking for a person who is focused more on the business and analytical path.
