We currently have a vacancy for a Manager to work within a team of Learning & Development professionals who are responsible for the design and delivery of learning solutions around areas such as business development, people management and client handling.

You will be working in partnership with our most senior leadership so your communication and influencing skills will be second to none.

To be successful in this role you will need to have had 3-5 years experience in:

• Development, design and delivery of training solutions including business and leadership development particularly executive coaching programmes


• Experience in client consulting and business development

You are a confident, articulate professional with a strategic commercial mindset, have well developed analytical skills and solid coaching experience. As a professional and credible individual you will be able to inspire our employees to realise their potential.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Adult Education or Business and postgraduate studies will be considered favourably.
