Reporting to the business Development Manager, this pivotal role will be responsible for the sourcing and recruiting of personal. In order to be successful you will have had an illustrious business development record and wish to kick start your career in recruitment.

Experience / Skills Required

A minimum of 2-3 years within a sales environment
Energy, enthusiasm and drive
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Out going personality with good closing skills
The ability to adapt quickly to change
Positive attitude with the ability to build strong, mutual and long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
High levels of motivation and interpersonal skills

Salary Range & Benefits

Bourne HR offers a lucrative and uncapped commission structure. The salary will vary depending on experience ($35 - $56K + Super + achievable OTE's of $100K) along with the avenue for career progression.
