Human Resources Manager- $150k pkg +car

10 to 15 years in a senior management role.

Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Partnering with the business to ensure HR is aligned with the business processes. Advise on initiative and directives within the business.  Manage the recruitment process, and planning for future business growth.

Manage remuneration & benefits, policies, and procedures, advise management on conditions and remuneration.  Prepare annual reviews and assessments to assist  management to effectively conduct reviews and appraisals. Develop relationships and maintain employee relations..

Assist in the development and deployment of the organisation’s training and development plans to ensure staff development is in line with the future organisation requirements.  

Compliance with all relevant legislitave and government standards.  Maintain personnel records are maintained. nts and entitlements.  Implement policy and procedures in accordance with OH&S and maintain a safe and healthy environment.

To ensure payment of salaries and wages are within all regulations and  maintenance of payroll records. Manage industrial relations issues with employees and industrial authorities and provide advice on industrial relations strategies.

Provide policies, advice and guidance to managers and staff in all aspects of management, policies and legislative requirements, to ensure that the company and its people operate in an effective way and that achieving the business objectives.
