Derivative Documentation Supervisor

Our client a well known professional services firm is currently looking for a Derivative Documentation Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

The Derivative Documentation Supervisor will be responsible for their team.  A key part of this role is oversight & follow-up of work flow analysis.  

<strong>Your key responsibilities are:</strong>

&#8226;Manage against targets both team and global
&#8226;Manage aging profiles in a downward direction
&#8226;Ensure all alleged and unrecognized trades are actioned daily as priority and escalated accordingly
&#8226;Pro-actively manage via team leaders the work flows and workloads of the team.
&#8226;Drive forward with work flow analysis and improvement; giving clear targets & ensuring implementation of change.  Clear progress & benefits should be communicated to all stakeholders on a regular basis.
&#8226;Contribute to and manage from an active perspective as appropriate any projects that require planning & implementation across the group.  
&#8226;Agree targets for exception clearance with counterparts within the teams managed
&#8226;Lead change in the process through identifying opportunities for automation and development to improve the processes in which you are involved.
&#8226;Lead performance and development discussions & communication, take ownership of completing these for all team members.
&#8226;Have regular meetings with the team and team leaders.
&#8226;Ensure regular communication is maintained up and down the team hierarchy outside of designated meeting times.
&#8226;Ensure all reports are actioned and the reports controls sheet is updated
&#8226;Initiate and drive through recruitment of new team members
