Custody Cash / Trades Manager

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Custody Cash/Trades Manager to join their Sydney CBD based firm.

If the applicant is successful they are expected to:

•	Ensure headcount figures achieved
•	Focus on automating many manual processes
•	Follow strict control procedures
•	Hire and maintain high performance staff
•	Manage staff performance, development and training
•	Ensure staff have up to date goals and objectives
•	Ensure strategic direction of the Trades and Cash Processing teams are set and staff are brought into line with these objectives
•	Protect the clients’ and Banks’ interests at all times
•	Regularly review KPI and KRI trends

In order to be successful the applicant must have:

•	Minimum 5 years in a similar role
•	Experience in Finance Industry
•	Good PC skills and expertise in MS Excel
•	Good time management and organisational skills
