Our Client is a market leader within it's Industry and is looking for a exceptionally organised and experienced Receptionist.

Responsibilities

You will provide support to the Company CEO whilst ensuring efficient & result oriented management of the office with some of the duties including:

Diary & Travel Management
Organsising Internal & External Meetings
Preparation of Reports
Coordinating Reception
Maintaining multiple databases
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Taking & Distributing Board & Executive minutes

Key Competencies are:

Typing speed of 45-50 wpm
Advanced communcation skills and an excellent command of English both written and oral
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
Customer service / exposure
Accuracy and close attention to detail
